2 Week - 2D-3D Volume Refill

Service Description

If you would like to maintain your volume extensions, then you must return within 2 weeks. You (Client) must return to this infill appointment with 40-50% of the lash extensions remaining for it to be classed as an infill. Any extensions that have twisted or grown out will be removed, and fresh extensions replaced where those have naturally shed over the weeks. Clients MUST return for their infills with clean extensions, otherwise a full removal may be required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy I consider any appointment that you have with me important. Your appointment time is for your exclusive use and when it is cancelled with short notice or missed altogether, it is often too late or more often impossible to offer this time to someone else. • A full 24 hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. • Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours before their appointment time will be charged for 50% of the cost of their treatment. • Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment altogether will be charged for the full cost of their treatment. • There are a range of valid reasons for cancelling an appointment. In order to maintain consistency I will only waver extra charges in extreme circumstances. • After 3 missed appointments or late cancellations, I will require pre-payment for all future appointments in full at the time of booking. Missed appointments and late cancellation charges are required to be paid in full before your next appointment can be booked. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation
